My Name
About my name, P. Andy Curry, it is a pseudonym. I find it more clever than my real name. It has a wonderfully grotesque culinary feel to it, huh? I think the image in the header adds to it too. Do I look like my avatar to the left? Some components are accurate others maybe not.

My History
I quit culinary school. I got to anxious. I wanted to cook. I already knew how. I didn’t care about the supposed big bucks with chef-dom. Creativity with food and cooking were and are a special gift to me. I just wanted people to eat my grub.

My Compulsion
Over the years I have found myself developing a slight disorder. I impulsively buy used cookbooks. I have hundreds of them. Some are relatively mundane yet fun to read and explore the progress of food photography. Some are hilarious. Well, I thought I would share my thoughts on them with you and maybe sell off a few here and there.

My As Wells
I do enjoy many of these and I hope you will as well.

I hope to share some recipes with you as well. (Why do I keep using “as well”) it makes me sound like a pretentious Ass-wipe. Or maybe like Tim Curry, I bet he says “as well”.
